Are you as confused as I used to be?

I didn't always have all the knowledge that I do now. I wasn't always aware of all the toxins we are surrounded by on a daily basis.
After spending 14 years of having health issues and spending way too much time going to see doctors and specialists just to be told that the test results were normal, and they didn't know what was causing all my symptoms. Not to mention the health issues my children were also experiencing...Only then did I FINALLY realize that if I wanted things to change, I needed to make the changes myself. Being in my 20's, my medication list exceeded 20 prescription medications. Enough was enough! If my doctors weren't going to figure this out for me then I was going to get to the bottom of it myself. I dug in doing research and that launched a thousand questions about so many different things. This was because through my research, I realized that not only my symptoms, but those of my children, were being caused from toxicity. I went to see a naturopathic doctor who did testing and confirmed my suspicions!
Since then, I've been on a journey to minimize the toxins that could further harm myself and my family.

And believe me, it's been a journey!

I have since been treating the root cause of my symptoms through various means.
